I greatly enjoyed rich breakfast, exceptional views.
Had remote location outside of the main centre of the city. Moreover, it's near to the garden, a hill overlooking the downtown area and the center of Oaxaca.

The location in a great area was stunning and there were the main shopping centre and shops nearby. We could drink something at Tomas Inn, located 2 km away.

The hotel had top-notch and helpful staff, including everyone from the bus driver to the receptionist. The property had a romantic feel and was conveniently located close to Mexico. The charming gardens and hilltop view overlooking the town were highlights. The hotel was situated in the heart of the tourist area.

hotel is very nice and transportation to the center super comfortable.
We traveled with twins still in arms, their nipples still need to be sterilized, we mentioned at the check in if we could use our sterilizer in their microwave (it takes 7 minutes) and they told us that there would be no problem, that we should ask the captain of waiters of the restaurant, up to this point everyone was very nice, however the captain of waiters was rude, he did it reluctantly and asked categorically if "we would ask for it every time, because they are not allowed to do it because it stops them a lot in the operation of the restaurant". Obviously, we didn't do it again and in the downtown restaurants they were helping us without any problem, even in a Vips they were much nicer and did it without any problem. All the staff were very kind, but this detail did seem quite bad to us, since we will always travel with our babies and these service and attention details are vital in our situation.

We had a great time at this luxurious and romantic hotel. The staff, from the bus driver to the receptionist, was excellent. Our standard double room was ready when we checked in. The hotel is located in a quiet area slightly away from the historic center.

Spacious and bright rooms. Nice employees from the bus driver to receptionist. Absolutely gorgeous view overlooking the city. Great and stunning location on a hill overlooking the city, easy to get around. Not far from the restaurant and the main downtown. The hotel offers rooms that are bright and roomy, making for a comfortable stay. The staff, from the bus driver to the receptionist, are friendly and accommodating. Guests can enjoy a breathtaking view of the city from the hotel. Its hilltop location makes it easy to explore the area, including nearby restaurants and the bustling downtown area.

We stumbled upon this hidden gem called Hotel Victoria during our trip. The breakfast buffet was outstanding with a wide variety of delicious options. The service was impeccable, and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. The pool was our sanctuary from the heat, beautifully clean and surrounded by lush greenery. The elegant architecture of the hotel impressed us, and the spacious room offered a lovely view. Despite a few minor dated aspects, the cleanliness was top-notch. we highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay in Oaxaca.

The first night they gave us the wrong room but without any problem they changed us the next morning. The view of the room was incredible, the rooms are big and comfortable, and so are the bathrooms. The staff is extremely friendly and they are very accessible (at the hotel). The hotel facilities are huge, you can see all the maintenance they give you and it is very clean. If you don't have a car, they offer free transportation to the center every hour of the day. I loved it and would come back a thousand times more.
I think they should improve the air conditioning units, they are old and in our stay they had problems every day, weather was very hot so the air conditioning was important. staff of the restaurant is very bad with the exception of one waiter, all the times we ate there the waiters attend you very reluctantly, in one of the occasions the waiter left me talking before allowing me to finish the order. food is good value and good, attention is very bad.
